Will AcroBible for iPhone/iPod touch be updated for the iPad?
Yes, in the coming months we will release an update to existing products to take advantage of the iPad's larger screen. Existing users will receive the update free. The updated application that supports the iPhone/iPod touch and iPad will be what's called a "Universal" application, because it supports all three devices.
What is AcroBible for iPad?
AcroBible for iPad is a new product developed specifically for the iPad (Available in iTunes now). This iPad-only version will not have the exact same feature set as the Universal application described above.
Do I need to purchase AcroBible for iPad?
No, if you already own AcroBible for the iPhone or iPod touch then you can wait for the free update to the Universal app.
Can I purchase AcroBible for iPad
Yes, since AcroBible for iPad does not have to support multiple devices, it will have a slightly better experience for the iPad than the Universal application.
If I purchase AcroBible for iPad, do I need to re-purchase my Bible translations?
Free translations will also be available from the Downloads screen just as in the iPhone/iPod application. We are working out a way for users to download previously purchased translations in the new version free of charge, but that feature is not available yet.
